Payroll Processing in Canada
We make payroll a non-event — accurate runs, clean filings, zero surprises. Delivered to ASPE / IFRS for Canadian businesses, priced in CAD.
Canadian payroll is a remittance discipline more than a calculation one. Source deductions for a regular remitter are due by the 15th of the following month, and T4 slips and the summary by the last day of February. Provincial rules layer on top. We run payroll in Wagepoint or QuickBooks, reconcile the remittance account monthly, and prepare T4s from a ledger that already agrees.
We run payroll through Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll, Xero Payroll and local equivalents — payslips, contractor payments, and end-of-year filings (W-2s, P60s, STP finalisation) handled and reconciled to your books.
The deadlines we track against your ledger.

Last reviewed against the source . These are the standard dates. Extensions through a registered agent, a non-calendar year end, and volume-based filing frequencies all shift them — confirm your own dates with CRA. This is general information, not tax advice.

We prepare to ASPE or IFRS, as issued by the AcSB. These are the bodies that set that framework and the authorities you file with — linked so you can verify the standard rather than take our word for it.
